Who This Covers

These terms apply to two types of Walter users: creators who connect their channel to Walter as an AI assistant, and viewers who use Walter to explore creator content.

For Creators

By connecting your channel to Walter, you authorize us to index your publicly available content to power your Walter assistant. You retain full ownership of your content. You can request removal or disconnection at any time by contacting us.

You are responsible for how you use Walter's outputs — AI-generated responses should be reviewed before being shared with your audience. Do not use Walter to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.

For Viewers

Walter lets you explore and ask questions about content from creators who have opted in to the service. You agree to use Walter respectfully and not to harass creators, generate spam, or attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Walter is powered by AI and can make mistakes. Always verify important information directly with the creator or their official channels. Do not treat Walter's responses as authoritative fact.

Data & Privacy

We collect questions, usage data, and for creators, channel content necessary to power the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Creator content is only indexed with their explicit consent.

Changes

We may update these terms as Walter evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Liability

Walter is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime or accuracy and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
